Eisai jointly utilizes personal information with specific third parties (“Joint Utilization”) in the manner or for the purposes listed below.

2. Provision, collection and review of information related to the appropriate use of medicines, diagnostics, medical devices and other products;
3. Ascertaining where medicines, medical devices and other products are used, and establishing communications networks;
4. Provision, collection and review of medical information and scientific information in the fields of medicine and pharmaceutical sciences;
5. Provision, collection and review of information to support starting a business and management of such business;
6. Provision, collection and review of information to support the digitalization of medical information;
7. Surveys on the usage of medicines, diagnostics, medical devices and other products, as well as consumer needs and other issues;
8. Support for epidemiological surveys and researches in the fields of medicine and pharmaceutical sciences;
9. Authentication and administration of facilities, doctors, dentists and pharmacists for health consultations; or
10. Account authentication and account management of websites for doctors, dentists and pharmacists.
